1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address and optional display name when you create an account. We store your conversations with our AI teachers. We collect anonymous usage data (message counts, feature usage) to improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your email is used for account authentication and service communications. Conversations are stored to provide conversation history and improve response quality. Usage data helps us understand how the service is used and identify areas for improvement.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Anthropic (Claude AI) — Your conversation messages are sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy.
  • Supabase — Our database and authentication provider. Your account and conversation data is stored on Supabase infrastructure.
  • Vercel — Our web hosting provider. Standard web server logs are collected.

4. Data Retention

Your conversations are retained as long as your account is active. Free tier users may have conversations older than 90 days archived. You can delete individual conversations or your entire account at any time.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data; export your data; delete your account and all associated data; opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, use the Settings page or contact us at privacy@kabbalahq.ai.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), row-level security policies in our database, and secure authentication protocols. Spiritual conversations are deeply personal, and we treat their security accordingly.

7. Children

Kabbalah HQ is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
